Folks, looking for wisdom here. Which part(s) of a Splunk offer are negotiable and which are not based on your experience, please? - Base - Bonus % - Stock - Sign-on - Other, if any? Interviewing for a director-level role in the broader marketing org. Initial possible numbers from the recruiter: - $200K base - 25% bonus - 80K / year stock - $330-360 TOC Many thanks

Everything is negotiable my friend. You just need to have the boldness to ask. You will surprise yourself.
Thanks. I understand that - just wanted to collect some specific empirical data from the community
Bonus is fixed to the level. If you can negotiate for higher level then the bonus will be different. There's no sign on bonus AFAIK - but maybe directors are different. I did negotiate on base and RSU and got good numbers. All the best OP.
Thank you so much. Very helpful insight
Generally speaking RSUs are where you have the most room to negotiate.
Thank you!
You will only be able to negotiate your base and RSUs. There are no sign on bonuses
Thank you. Exactly the type of info I was looking for. Appreciate it!
Op- how’d it go?
Still hanging the air - waiting for an update after interviews
This is America. Everything is negotiable. If anyone tells you otherwise, they are lying. Negotiate on each and every component of the tc.
Name one thing in this world that isn't negotiable
