Splunk Intern Conversation
I am a SWE intern at Splunk and have been told to expect a full time offer. I have had 4 internships and am finishing up school this year. What is the approx TC I can expect broke up into base, RSUs and bonus? My manager also seems impressed by my performance. Is there any way I can get a P3 offer and not a P2? #Splunk #offer #intern #tech

What P2 compensation can I expect? And is it not at all possible irrespective of ability to be hired as P3?
Probably 150-180k? Your offer will be reviewed by higher ups, it will be super hard for your manager to justify a P3 hire for a new grad even if you are really good. But I cannot rule out the possibility.
