Splunk vs Google

Currently working as sde I at Splunk but got an offer from Google. Same level, similar TC, both teams are under Cloud. Not sure if I should switch now because I have registered h1b lottery(first year) with Splunk. If I switch to google but get selected for h1b, i will have to give up on that. Not sure if it's worth it. #splunk #google #engineering #software
