Sponsorship for H4 EAD worker
Spouse is on H4 visa and has her EAD. While applying for jobs, it asks if she would need sponsorship for future. Does H4 EAD worker need sponsorship to work? Thanks in advance for the help.

I don't understand how it is suppressing American wages. If you are talking about H1/H4 stealing American jobs, that's partially true. The immigration system as it is now, is broken. Mass recruitment companies like TCS and Infosys are swamping the H1B lottery with loads of applicants; which is unfair to smaller companies. Personally I am a proponent of Skill Based Immigration.
