Weirdest thing. Got an email from a Spotify recruiter, setup an initial call. Had the chat. He was supposed to get back to me. I wrote him a thank you / follow up email. And the email keeps bouncing back with the message: email id doesn't exist. Unsure what to do. Highly doubt he would've shared the feedback/next steps with anyone else internally. And now there's no way to get in touch What to do

I would say the person left, but normally companies forward the email to a coworker or have a standard message.
That's what I also thought. But this one's just bouncing again and again
No, I don't think any large company ever does this now. It might even be illegal in EU. Imagine your random coworker getting your tax documents after you leave. Nope, nope, nope.
That was fast!
