Without an I140 too?
Quite the leverage over your spouse
Sounds like they’ve dismissed the lawsuit. So things will just be as-is (i140 plus H4 EAD) needed
Just clickbait: From the looks of it, there are some fools trying to advocate against h4 folks getting eads like they are now. The outcome of the lawsuit essentially is that nothing changes, you still need the i140 and all the same stuff that’s been there
Manual QA jobs will get huge competition now.
Does this mean the primary H1B holder should have I-140 approved which enables the spouse to obtain H4 EAD or can work right away without the need for I-140?
