Sprint <> T-Mobile: What's going to happen to Sprint long distance assets?

#Sprint has a far bit of assets in the ground and is still a fairly large tier-1 network provider. Any clue what #tmobile is going to do with it? Sell it for steep discount to Level 3? #networkengineer Just curious....
