Square - I was lined up for Senior Engineer role, but have 475k offer from another place
Any chance that square will give me an offer of 400+ for E5 after negotiation? The 475K role is at post IPO, though not that confident in their business model. Any chance for up-level post-interview, if I really nail it? TC: 200K starting from April 2022 , SDE2 at Amazon, YOE at Amazon : 3.5 #square #e5

What will be the top offer for L5? Any chance to up level to Staff/L6?
Not sure, I don’t know the salary ranges but if I had to guess I would say somewhere in the 300s in a top tier city like SF. Unless you interviewed for L6 you won’t be up leveled. Did you have a Q/A Leadership round?
