Square Data Scientist interview
Hello, I have a Data Scientist interview with square next week. The interview is 30 mins sql and 45 mins Python. leetcode has very few questions tagged with Square. I'm looking for some leads on what kinds of questions to prepare especially for the Python portion, level of difficulty, etc. Also would appreciate if someone could share their interview experience with Square. I just completed MLE interviews with Square. They don't do normal leet leetcode. At least that's what I noticed. Expect questions testing how you manipulate data using dictionaries and strings
Thanks so much. Would you mind sharing the level of difficulty? Also were the questions CS data structures based or pandas/data manipulation based (for example working with a toy data)?
I would say the difficulty depends on the interviewer honestly. However, they were generally not too difficult. It was more of Python inbuilt data structures. No pandas Look up questions on string manipulation and also manipulating arrays and storing values using dictionaries.
