God I'm jealous. My L4 offer was less and now it's like 100k less

This is a very high L4 offer. A few years ago this was the average offer for L5s in SF and NY at Square.
What’s the location, my recruiter threw out the numbers 160/250/0 when she was asking what numbers i had in mind I should have an offer tomorrow

It wasn’t that bad tbh, they also give you the sys design question ahead of time
How was the interview process like ?
Phone round into on-site which is 2 coding, sys design, behavioral and hiring manager after that

That’s a great offer, I came in at 160k base and ~350k in equity. Id say take it, working at Block has been great so far

I believe bands for Block are public, might be searschable on Google or ask recruiter? I think you’re up there at max tbh
