Square Onsite Interview Feedback
I just completed my onsite interview for Square. The recruiter said that my pair programming interviews were all positive, but the system design and past technical experience had mixed results. Have others had this type of feedback? Was there an offer extended after? Thanks in advance TC: 140k #square

How were the pair programming rounds? LC medium? My guess is they’ll schedule a follow up with you for leveling
Yea started from easy, went to what I'd say were medium. They were more practical problems though, only some algorithms were involved.
How soon after completion did you get that feedback? I just finished yesterday and am anxious to know how I did...
I got my feedback 2 days later not counting the weekend

I had the same experience. Seemed that I did well with 4/5 people I met with. Also my potential manager’s manager hinted at an offer. I think I responded well to areas of their concern. What do you think my chances are?
