Square Product Marketing
Been thinking to apply to a few roles at Square for product marketing. Was wondering what the base + equity pay is, do they also give performance bonuses, sign on bonuses, and if they adjust salary by geolocation. Thanks!

I’d steer clear. This org has very high turnover and a small group of lifers who make things difficult. Source: my SO was a program manager there until 4/22

Non engineering folks do have a higher workload and turnover but Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers are distinct job families with different cultures
There’s a bunch of recent PMM salaries for Square posted at https://www.levels.fyi/company/Square/salaries/Marketing/ There’s no formal performance bonuses but there are annual stock refreshers. Sign on bonuses are common but relatively small. Your base pay will be adjusted for location changes but not your equity grants
Does Square pay biweekly or monthly? When was the last pay day? I am trying to figure out when my first pay day will be. I am joining soon.
