Square vs Splunk
I have 2 fully remote offers (in L/M COL) to choose from between Square and Splunk. Splunk has higher TC but I'm not sure it's worth passing up on Square culture and potential growth. What does blind think? Splunk is downgrade move from Amazon. I would say square is at least a lateral move in terms of brand value. Plus, they have amazing customer oriented products whereas splunk tools are hardly used by tech companies

Basic rules: Base over RSU, company prestige over salary, prioritize what you’ll learn. If base salary is important you may want to go with Splunk, but Square has better name brand, which will help later.
