I am curious if I am currently living in a small city 100 miles away from Austin. What zone does that put me in? Can Square beat my current salary for L5/L6? 6 YOE 154k Base 90k RSU per year 15-20% bonus

Austin is zone B, but 100 miles might put you outside the metro area and the rest of Texas is zone C. You'd have to ask a recruiter to be sure. For L6 you'd certainly be above your current TC in either region. For L5 it would be probably just a little bit over your current. Just depends on interview performance and if you can negotiate up.
