Squarepoint Capital - Bangalore,India Interview and Career Suggestion

Currently working at Barclays IB In India on a shit project with nothing to learn (Previous experiences are also not very great, mostly avg). Was in dilemma if I should stay in Fintech or Move out of it. Started preparation(for FAANG) and applied to a lot of other roles also parallelly. Landed Squarepoint interview and it's lined up within a few days. How is Squarepoint as an organization (and its reputation within HF) and how does the career path look after Squarepoint (to other big names in finance)?
