Hey y'all, so I got headcount for 4 mobile devs (2 Android, 2 iOS) to be filled by EOY. Expecting additional headcount for next year so the number should grow. Looking for any and all good talent, fully remote positions welcome. If you're looking for a new opportunity, hit me up. Squarespace has some of the best culture and work life balance of any job I've had. Super nice people, solid devs who have a lot to teach and just an overall cool and laid back team. Stress not welcome here. If you're interested in coming to the office, we have one of the nicest offices in NYC hands down, fully equipped with a bar and a rooftop dev area and 5 floors in the West Village. DM me if you're interested and we can get you in the recruiting pipeline. What levels and pay range?
I've got 5 years as a full-stack dev, what's the best way to make a move into mobile dev? Do I have to do side projects or are companies willing to take on an experienced dev knowing that there'll be some ramp up?
