Hi Friends, I’m currently working as a Associate Consulting Partner at Wipro earning a base of $200k & a quarterly bonus of $10k which brings my annual package to $240k. Was interviewing with PwC for the last 3 weeks for the role of a Sr. Manager & received an offer from them today. I’m being offered $210k base, $20 k sign on bonus & upto 30% annual bonus. I feel the offer is not that appealing number wise, let me know your inputs so that I can make a decision in the next few days. Thanks #pwc , #QuotetoCash #Package

Avoid going to PwC?Appreciate you providing clarity….
yes. Different thing if you have network there—atleast a partner who can take you under him. Otherwise hard for an outsider to make a mark. Firm is good otherwise(step up) but you lose you fancy title. One needs to have an undergraduate degree and 7 years work ex to become a sr manager at a big 4. 12 years to become a partner.
Thank You, that was helpful
How long did it take for your offer approval. I got verbal 2 weeks ago and still apparently working it’s way through approvals?
