Sr. Technical Recruiter salary at Amazon?
I am interviewing for Amazon for a Sr. Technical Recruiter role and I have over 10 years of experience. How much compensation should I look for? YOE - 10years
Location?
They gave me the option of Seattle, NYC or Austin.
Comp varies largely among those locations. Are you in any of these cities or are you going to relocate?
Ask for 250k NYC, 200k Seattle, 180k Austin
I don't think a recruiter role can earn this level of income, even if it is senior inside FAANG
Do you think they will be ok if I ask for that?
If your experience has been in tech companies, and recent few years as an in-house recruiter, the numbers suggested by Samsung seems within range, including stock options. Does anyone know of the accurate numbers for the same role for Amazon Cupertino / Palo Alto?

I make a TC of $150 now in Florida
