Hey Team Blind! Can someone tell me what it’s like to work at Stack Overflow?
Not that I’ve been made aware of

I heard it's good. Joel is a nice guy based on his blog. Have you read it?
People in general are nice and everyone helps out, but I think the greater changes that have been happening have not settled and people are still leaving the company. Leadership seems to have a vision but I'm not sure the rest of the company buys into it.
Depends a lot on what team you’re on. A couple of orgs (like product/engineering/design and marketing) are happy and doing well. The others not so much. Some great people to work with, but more and more of the kind you have to watch out for. Some benefits, like health, are better than even the giant tech cos. Not a penny spent out of pocket for you and your family.
+1 to what colleagues said. The health care alone is worth joining, especially if you have a family. Some internal politics can be tiring if you can’t avoid it.
as other people said, it's still good depending on what org you are... but if you read old blog posts or listen to the old podcast, you'll be disappointed. It's a totally different company under the new leadership.
