Start my career at Cognizant?

I really want an entry level front end position, and I got an offer from Cognizant. I haven't really interviewed anywhere else. Should I take it, work there for a bit and then just move on to a different company? Or should I keep interviewing. I just heard WITCH companies aren't that good

WITCH is most definitely shit but what’s the offer? If it’s your first job and you don’t have any other offers just take it and move after a year or so

Don’t do it Unless you have visa or money problems just don’t do it I think startups are a much better alternative if you’re not getting noticed by big companies

Join and search for a new job . If you are lucky , you might not have anywork at all for sometime. You can utilize that time for preparation.

Yes, Cognizant helped me kickstart my career. I don't see a reason not to accept the offer.

Did u have trouble getting a job after having cognizant as one of ur work experiences? Some say recruiters ignore ur resume cuz these kind of companies arent that good

Cognizant refermepm Jan 31, 2022

If you have no other offers, join. But keep looking. Work may be good or bad depending on the client. You will know after you join. Career progression will not be good most likely.

It really depends on your situation. If you are on F1 or opt and if you do not have prior experience , join and try to gain some real project experience over next 6 months to 1 year . Keep interviewing and brush up your interview skills . After a while , most interviews are kind of repetitive and you will understand the pattern based of type of company .
