State Farm Interview
I recently passed the Hire Vue round at State Farm and would like insight on the second and final round of the interview. What questions should I expect? I also would like to know what salary I should expect as a mid level hire. The posted band was $85k-146k. TC $120k 3 yoe #tech #statefarm
What's the position title?
Mid level Java
I'd probably expect around $130k and annual bonus base is 10% so usually you'll get right around there +-3%. Pay is pretty shit, but WLB is fantastic. As far as questions I'm not entirely sure because I joined on a specific tech and not java, but I would expect general java trivia and maybe basic algorithm stuff (think fizzbuzz) I've never heard of any leetcode type interviews here so it's all really easy. Mind sharing what the Hire Vue round was like?
Hire vue was around 6 behaviorals and a leet code hard (not timed and was unique/not found on LC). Panel was 2 employees (1 HR 1 Tech Lead).
How long did it take to hear back from HireVue part?
6 days. The position said up to $146k and 16% target bonus. What should I realistically expect from the offer and TC?
