I have the live panel interview with State Farm coming up. I was told there will be a behavioral and technical component. Does anyone have experience with the technical part or know what can I expect? It is slated to be just 1 hour for the whole interview. For the HireVue screening, I did 1 Python coding question already. #engineering #statefarm #interview
How did it go? Was it LC questions?
I think it went alright! I am still waiting to hear back - they said to expect a decision within a week. There wasn't any LC questions - a couple behavioral questions and then the technical part was looking at some Terraform and Python code and answering some questions about them.
Thanks, yeah it was pretty much the same for me. Check your state farm career site portal, the decision might be there already although I’m not sure. I thought I did very well, but literally 5 minutes after the interview it says not selected :/
Wat was the TC?
I believe I was offered $110K base salary and negotiated up to $120K - I can't remember what the bonus target was.
Chill. Had a family member get a new grad offer. 1 technical, LC Med. 2 behavioral. For a someone more experienced probably a Med LC and maybe a cloud architecture design session. 2 behavioral with the team generally.
Thanks so much!
