Does anyone know the corporate hierarchy at State Street? Is the MD level there equivalent to MD level in investment banks? What’s the compensation for an MD role at State Street, Boston? How is the work culture? How are their benefits?

MD at state street is more likely ED at JPMC, SVP at Citi. So not a real MD. SVP at State Street is similar to MD in IBs
