Cureently working in AI/ML infra, so I'm not on the chopping list. My comp didn't refresh at Google yet, but expecting moderate 15-20k TC bump. Can anyone comment if you recently moved to Meta? How are things going in the AI/ML space? Is it worth going to Meta right now? It's a significant TC boost but Meta is ATH right now. To be fair, Google is also ATH Edit: 2yoe Both locations in bay area, AI/ML infra team. I do have the option to move to Seattle/Bellevue and I don't mind moving. I heard Meta doesn't change RSU based on comp location. This is after promo comp + some cliff, so no I didn't take a low-ball Google offer.
You provided no data about the team, location; nothing you want besides TC and the companies. With just that data.. Meta? Just by it having more TC. Both are investing heavily in AI, have top talents. The stereotype is there’s less WLB at Meta but you’re better off asking your hiring manager questions about the team and culture than rando’s on Blind.

How did you get an interview at E4 with 1 YoE? Specialized tech stack? Any tips for folks like me wanting to make a similar transition?
2 yoe, it didn't update for some reason
Nice flex are you a 2022 new grad?
Jesus meta the undisputed king of TC
Ask for a counter offer from Google. If they don't bump your comp then take the Meta offer.
I hear Google will tell you enjoy your new role at l4
Depends how strong of a case your manager makes to keep you
Goodbye Google
Google is trash, anywhere is better if TC is higher
Google TC is pathetic
You re at Microsoft, can’t really talk. Also, two comments in a row? You must’ve gotten rejected from Google.
Don’t worry about me, my nw is enough to retire in Bay. I do work 10h a week for 600k which is fine for now
Congrats on the offer, but 2 YOE and you have a $340K TC offer is what is killing the tech industry right
