Stay in Apple or interview with FB?

I am currently an ICT4 in HWT at Apple for 3.5 years. Generally, the work is interesting and impactful, but unclear how to advance the career even further (ICT5 or managerial track). Background: PhD+4.5 yoe Base: $174k Bonus: $25k RSU: $580k uninvested (roughly $250k will be invested in 2021)—due to stock appreciation in 2020 TC: $450k (2021) FB recruiter reached out for an E5 position (potentially open to E6). It is a system engineer at Oculus. Questions: 1. From TC perspective, is it worth to jump the ship? I heard the E5 max RSU is ~$600-700k. 2. For apple HW folks who went to FB oculus, how do you like it? Do you recommend it? 3. Any other companies (public+good pre-ipo) in HW pay better than FB and Apple?
