I see there's a backup child care benefit program Stripe offers its employees via Care@Work. But can't seem to find further details.
Can someone let me know how many backup care days Stripe offers to its employees?

This benefit was discontinued due to low usage. I actually used it once and while it was fine, Care.com makes it annoying because you can’t pick using the same provider for the next time.
Stripe is giving a $1000 each half for caregivers which you can use to find your own care. It’s a way better perk than care.com especially since it can be used for really anything (child care, books, camps, toys, etc). This perk was because of Covid so it’s unclear if it’ll continue but I’m sure we’ll have something similar for 2022.
