Stripe Engineering Manager interview
Hi, I've upcoming discussions scheduled with @Stripe recruitment HR business partner on coming Monday for the EM role in Bangalore. I want to know what will be gauged in that and what will be further rounds post that Current exp 15.5 years, 6 years as EM Team size 8-10 TC 66 base + 21 Bonus

2 pre screening rounds.. One on business planning and execution, one on leadership principles. If you clear both then onsite with 3 leadership rounds and one system design round

The HR will walk you through the process and evaluation criteria. There will be one round where you'll be asked to do a presentation on a technical project. Be prepared to answer questions like what metrics was used to define project's success etc
Thanks for the help. Post that round how many other rounds will be there? Will there be any coding round?
No coding round for manager, there will one system design. I think there will be total of 5 rounds.
