Just had an onsite with Stripe. Great process, relevant questions, no gotchas and nice people all around. - Technical discussion went on without incident. There were a few questions about some decisions made on the project I presented but nothing too negative to say about this one - Design round was not as good as I expected. There were some assumptions made but it didn't seem that the interviewer was fully convinced on the approach I took and got a feeling that they were expecting something clean from the get go - Adaptability round was mostly situational and went pretty well. Was able to present appropriate situations and outcomes without much controversy (I think) - Coding could have gone better. Was pretty rusty but managed to get to the solution with one or two hints. Code was not very pretty or have docs so I feel like that is lacking. It didn't seem like there were additional parts to the question (interviewer said so but I'm not sure) For other candidates who have given L4 interviews at Stripe, do you know if there are some soft signs they look for to hire in this position. Looking through prior experiences on here the hiring bar seems pretty lofty and I'm not sure what to make of this run. 9.5YOE, 370K TC #stripeinterview #stripe

Tech managers are given too much power
Heya! I have an upcoming interview with stripe, L3, do you mind guiding me through to the onsite? I am confident about the onsite interviews but been shaky with the initial rounds! I pledge to post on blind with my experience if I make it to the onsite. A little take - a little give. Mind if I DM you?
