I have an upcoming onsite interview with Stripe and my language of choice is JavaScript. Can somebody who has gone through it recently, please tell me how I can prepare for this round? 1) Do I need to install project dependencies after cloning the project? or the project will be purely based on vanilla javascript 2) Which JS package did you have to debug? 3) Which ide/terminal did you use to run/debug the code? You must have your own setup which can run a JS repo locally. You can basically do almost anything you want apart from googling the exact same problem. They will make you sign a NDA, which is why I wont share my question. But yeah, expect it to be really really hard. I failed to find my bug.
I gave it in JS. I had VSCode setup with javascript debug terminal for tests and debugging. Installing project dependecies would just be running npm I that's all. Can't share details for point 2 but it was a widely used http package to create services in Node.js 😉
