What happens when most of your team is Indian?
Refreshers are given as of Sept 30th. You have to have been at the company at least 9 months to be eligible for a refresher (if you miss out, you just get a larger refresher the following year). The target refresher is equal to 1/4th of what new hires at your level are given. You may get more or less than that based on your performance and how long it has been since your initial grant or last refresher.
