Hey all, have briefly read through posts in blind and found them really useful. I am interviewing with stripe onsite in a week's time and would definitely enjoy tips from people who have had stripe interview experience. I understand that they focus on communication/problem solving and rigorous testing. I use python mainly and am wondering if assert statements are sufficient for the testing portion or do I have to go more in depth with the testing (unittest etc) #stripe

Can you talk more about the bug bash round? How hard did you find it? Were there a lot of bugs?
Thanks for the input :D how about the integration round? Is it basic http get/post requests? What do they focus on in that round?
Bug squash round is a bit tough so focus on using a debugger and make sure you're able to run their setup repos beforehand
thanks! any advice on the integration round?
You need to be able to send http requests, read/write files and parse json in your chosen language. You need to be quick and do at least 2 of the 4 parts if not 3
In the integration round, after reading the json requests, what is supposed to be done?
I am not gonna go into too much details but you just need to know basically what I said in the above comments reading files, parsing jsons, sending http requests & saving data to a file. Of course there are other things that you need to know regarding writing clean code and other things not just what I mentioned
