I finished my final round with Stripe Product sales group and am likely to get an offer. I was told they get back with a yay/nay. If it is yay they take 3 contacts for references and simultaneously create a written offer. I have about 10 yeo payments/consulting experience with 230 tc (215 base + 15 bonus). Would tremendously benefit from comp, sign on bonus, negotiation, RSU, advise from US Stripe Sales folks. It seems Stripe doesn’t really negotiate so my best bet seems to nudge them in my comp direction while providing references. The recruiter has shared the below in conversations before: - Base - 120-150 - Bonus - 7.5% company wide - Bonus - 40% sales bonus + equity (but don’t have details) I understand they have level 1-6 and will go in at 3-4 so trying to understand what that means Any input / guidance would be helpful. #stripe #stripecompensation #stripelevel #stripepay #stripestock
Any response on this?
Any update on the offer? I’m interested in an enterprise sales role at Stripe as well but am curious to know more about expected TC
They still do reference calls? That is annoying. I thought people stopped doing those awhile ago ... because the question they are answering is "do three people not hate this person?"

How did it go? Same boat but different role with the Sales org. Waiting on yay/nay too.
