Stripe/Robinood offer evaluation
Got laid off last Decemeber, got offer from Stripe and Robinhood. Stripe IC2: 165k base + 38k RSU+ 10% bonus Robinhood L4: 150k base + 40k RSU + 10 % bonus + 20k Sigon base is in cad and RSU is in usd Seems like neither of these two companies have good cultrue or wlb in Blind, both of the companies require 2-3 RTO. Target ic2/l4 during interview. I think 4.5 yoe is just a awkward yoe for the current market.

You might get lucky and join a good team at Stripe but I'd treat as the exception rather than the norm How is perf review and refreshers at Robinhood? Stripe tries to weed out low performers fasta na d at the same time doesn't really reward beyon average performance
