Has anyone had success at landing interviews for companies using Workday for their job applications system? I have some positions that I am really interested in and I usually copy and paste my resume to fill in the application. But, I have had 0 success landing interviews.. Any suggestions? Yup. I applied to a position and got the offer/accepted as well. The biggest tip is that your resume is not read by a person, but rather through an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) before it’s cleared to HR. What you need to do is make sure you have keywords and same language from the job posting to pass the ATS. Sites like “jobscan” can give you a good idea if your resume is optimal to pass ATS. Basically optimize your resume to fit the job description. With this you’ll have a higher success rate. Best of luck!
This worked for me at Salesforce, VISA, MasterCard, and PayPal.
Thanks for your tips!
Yes. I have always got calls from applying online
Yes but I found it more effective to find some of the special portals within workday for the same company. A lot of times companies will create workday applications for specific events but I've found that even without attending the event I could apply and generally had better success with those than the generic application

I have never received a call from those. Finding a recruiter in that company and talking about the profile may help.
