Anyone has done the switch from pharma to Tech? I work in pharma for around 7 years and currently for under 1 year at Novartis as Global Manager in Dublin but be a little bored of pharma and Dublin overall. My goal was it to relocate to the US within the company but Novartis does not have many sites in good cities besides a small one in Boston which I'm aiming for. However, I received a good offer from meta as a program manager in London and need to make a decision if switching and go with #meta in London for the time being or stay in pharma and apply internal for US openings. I heard good things about the culture in tech overall. Anyone working for meta can agree? Thanks for your input. Seems awesome. Can you share your level, stock options numbers and joining bonus number?
Take Meta in London, park there for a year, transfer to Meta in the US, get a job at any of the top tier companies.
