Switching to Twitch from Amazon
Currently an L5 SDE and I am thinking about switching to Twitch. Any thoughts on whether this would be a good learning opportunity and safe choice given the current market? How is Twitch doing in terms of revenue compared to other Amazon orgs? Also, the internal transfer to Twitch requires a full interview loop. If in the future I want to switch back to a core Amazon org like AWS, will I have to go through another full interview loop like an external candidate? Does anyone have knowledge about this? No not based in Vancouver, but looking to move to the west coast. I heard the Video and Payments teams at Twitch are great and these also seem the most interesting to me. I'm also considering applying to Creator Growth or Creator Insights orgs since they have openings too. Are any of these orgs actually good?
Video org is not twitch but rather AWS IVS under the twitch CEO. It shares the same office, HR, slack and other things. But it has different goals. Commerce org (where payments team is) is good. But it’s payment! Creator Insight and Creator Growth have good engs teams and I like their PEs. DM me if you want.

Is Creator Insights/Growth same as Community Insights/Growth? And in what way are they good?
