What are the yearly stock refreshers in Synopsys India?? At the time of recruitment the HR lured me in by saying that synopsys gives stock refreshers every year and she also gets it. 3 Annual increment cycle has passed but no refreshers were granted to me. I don't understand this. You have mentioned RSU as a component in your TC, and you're asking about stock refresher? Doesn't stock refresher mean getting yearly stock, and RSUs are given yearly, so aren't both the same thing?
No
RSUs are given till a certain number years after joining (usually 4) decided at negotiation. This point is colloquially called the 'cliff' because technically your total pay comes down suddenly. Refreshers are given annually throughout the period of employment, typically after hitting the cliff if I'm right.
What's your base? Joining RSUs? Location? Group? At 67 it's only π₯ that too only for top performers. Bonus is only yearly and never it's given quarterly. Based on work rarely you get spot bonuses for solving escalations or important problems. It's the 4th year aim for promotion than RSUs.
