Synopsys staff salary range
Expecting an offer from Synopsys for AE role. I wanted to know how much can I expect in terms of base and rsu? Also how are the refreshers? Also, do they tend to down-level or up-level based on competing offers? Current tc: 255k / 10 yoe Have competing offer of 270k tc

255k is a really tc range and doubtful Synopsys will beat it. Maybe 240 for staff at the high end

Synopsys will never give this in Staff role especially with 10yoe. Max you can expect is $220k. Expect 240k if you are extraordinary

OP, what was the interview like? My brother had an interview for Staff level so any inputs will be helpful.
My friend at same level bags 370k. Staff-2 AE ~450k
