For roles in Google cloud/ Facebook/LinkedIn/AWS networking teams, if you have a background in data center networking, Can you expect system design interviews focused only on networking or generic system design interview questions as well?

Yes you should expect that if you are interviewing SWE title. Some data warehouse team usually hire separately and they have different titles and different hiring processes
