There are more layoff in the horizon. I wouldn’t join if I were you. Also morale is at all time low.
Completely agree about the morale but no idea when layoffs will hit again. 5000 corporate employees were just cut in Aug/September - there is plenty of work to go around
This. We would be naive to not expect more cuts in Q1. Certainly not at the scale of this August, but definitely should anticipate something. With that said, a job for the next 2-6 months is better than no job.
