Anyone with experience getting PIPd at T-Mobile?
I never heard of PIP more than once in T-Mobile. If the person is on PIP here, it means definitely getting fired.
The only way to get on a PIP here is to stop existing basically 🤷🏾♀️
Next year its coming. PIP is coming to T-Mobile soon.
None of you must work retail bcz PIPs are 24/7 in retail
Never had PIP myself, but know 2 others that did. One made it out unscathed, (he just documented everything to HR showing he did literally everything asked by our manager during PIP), the other found a job at Google making way more. Both cases were under old leadership, so idk what it looks like now. The best advice is to document all of your work and keep a record of all communications between you and your manager. Also, start looking for another job. I've been in NT since 2015 and have never seen anybody from my org outright fired, (of course layoffs though).
What's your question ? Pip is documented in HR training for managers . It's common but a drawn out process unless it is for a behavioral reason

What happens when most of your team is Indian?
Nope. They just lay people off at random without putting you on pip.
