How is T Mobile service quality? Long time Verizon customer and kind of annoyed with them. Is T-Mobile viable or is it only good in big metro areas?
Check your local coverage maps but in general T-Mobile sucks. Verizon and ATT are top tier.
So I guess all the companies like Ookla and Root Metrics just make stuff up?
Verizon coverage sucks at Bay Area especially for living area
T-mobile coverage overall good and cheaper in terms of price
Depends on area
Bay Area with monthly hiking and camping trips to national parks
Download offline maps to worry less
I use metro by T-Mobile and never had a problem, even when taking the metro underground I get service.
Switched from Verizon to T-Mobile couple of months ago, in SF Bay Area. I’d recommend to not switch. Verizon was much better in terms of network connectivity. T-Mobile’s good in terms of price, but I would go back to Verizon if I could.
Switched from TMo to ATT because it sucked. Cheap but you get what you pay for. Bay Area.
That sucks. Verizon is so shitty to deal with. I try to login on website and get 2FA to my Verizon app on my mobile device. I then have to login to app to verify the 2FA for that but it wants 2FA via text to login to verify the original 2FA request. Then it tells me I’ve used my maximum 2FA codes in a 24 hour period What a fucking shit show
Switched from ATT to TMobile and then moved to the Bay Area. Regret the switch. Signal coverage is not good here. ATT and Verizon are likely better.
T mobile service sucks and Verizon customer service sucks. Pick your poison.
😬 guess I’ll stick with Verizon since I only have to talk to support maybe once a year or so.
Depends on where you live. I had it in Houston for years and it was pretty good. They’ve gotten better over the years.
