Expect 150~170 Base. If L08 (level), based on YOE.. you syould get 15% bonus and 30K RSU vested over 3 years(10K/year). If L07(which I highly doubt) may get you more RSU and bonus %. Expect 180K ~ 230K TC range! Goodluck!!!
Pretty wide range but can easily go up to 270k including bonus and rsu. Check levels.fyi for bonus, rsu and also other benefits reference. You get killer deals on phone plans.
Thank you Guys. I know during the initial conversation with recruiter, they said it might be about 160-165K Do they negotiate if there after an offer of the same amount on base? I know amazon doesn’t negotiate on base salary alot.
Should be able to negotiate after verbal. I negotiated mine to 15% more after verbal. Really depends on how well you connect in domain match interviews... You can take as many as you can... I took 4 domain match (over 2 months) untill I found perfect team!

Not sure as I am still interviewing. Haven’t heard back anything yet. What YOE is avg for Sr Manager in T Mobile?
The ones I interact with all have 15-20 YoE.
it’s 155- 210 base, but typically don’t offer the higher end — mostly reserved for sr mgrs that just can’t make director
