Please provide info. on T- mobile work culture and pros n cons of being a contractor. How much possiblity of conversion to full time considering a lot of requirements opening up with Sprint merger?
Getting in as a contractor is better than nothing. The merger has put a hold on most fte spots until they have an idea of what employees they're getting. When it comes down to filing a fte spot, though, a contractor who has already been doing the job has a massive advantage. Just gotta show your stuff.
