Every new company you join has a probation period during which you can be fired like Americans. In europe once you're over the probation period (tipically 6 months), it becomes much more difficult to get fired. So, at least in europe, if you're gonna jump time it right.
why is it hard to get fired in europe?
Because of labor laws. Essentially the employer has to prove you're the POS that doesn't do their job. The difficulty varies from eu country to country but in general they either have to demonstrate a pattern of you not doing your job, gross negligence or simply "reorg", making you redundant. A lot of companies though generally prefer talking to you, give you 6 months paid to job search, and then you peacefully move on.
Y not? U keep on licking boots for peanuts goodluck
You normally don't have to switch job every few years to have high TC. Usually good refreshers could do until the cliff. This year with the stock drop is a different story.
If you keep on doing that, expect no real responsibility
Isn’t the at a good thing?
Should we not?
