TC expectation for ASIC position @Juniper Bay Area
Hi, I Would like to know what to expect for a ASIC RTL position @juniper. I have a MS with 4 yrs of experience. Juniper did not yet provide what grade they wanna hire me at. Current TC - 150k (Intel Santa Clara) Interested to know base, sign on and stock numbers .

Former Juniper asic here. All the best engineers have left over the past 5 years - largely to Fungible, where a Juniper cofounder started a new company and is poaching all the good Juniper employees ππ They pay okay for hw, but I'd look elsewhere if you can
