TC in Germany feedback
European here, I know people here are mainly US based but I'm hoping there's some here who might be able to give feedback. Got offered 100k base + 30k yearly stock + signing bonus, 6 YOE non-tech (Business ops here) for an established tech company in Berlin. Feels like a good offer but if anybody has feedback, still some room to press negotiations!

Startup offer I had in Munich was 100k for leader in product team, up to 20k bonus based on perf, peanuts on equity. Didn't end up taking it because it felt low and had too much risk relative to reward. Feedback from friends from Europe after the fact was that it should have been around 130k euro and more stock options.
Dude that's astonishing for Berlin! I got offered 100k+ for a senior level in Munich which is more expensive than Berlin.

100k for Berlin is great. Tax goes up to 45% good luck with that & the racism.
