TCO entry level mechanical engineer at SpaceX

Asking for my cousin, so ignore my employer. He just graduated and applied to an entry level mechanical engineering job at SpaceX. What should he expect for TCO? Redmond office.

120 to140 ish No signing, but a reasonable moving allowance (think 10k) Roughly 25k in stock per year, and the rest base (for entry level eng with 0-3 YOE)

Is that all mech eng gets? Software gets 1-2x annual salary in stock depending on negotiations Edit - might be different with locations

For entry level? I definitely haven't heard of people getting that much stock.. heck don't college hires get like 80-90k in stock over 5 years?

Base for BA is like $70k MA is $80k PHD is $100-120k depending on experience. Dont think cost of living increases or decreases base wage
