TCs around here aren’t as impressive when you factor in hours worked.
Sorry, it’s not impressive you have 200k+ salary if you are working 60-80 hours a week and are on call all the time. Nevermind factoring in you all often live in HCL areas. So your dollar is worth even less. Any hours that goes above 40 hours should be deducted from your TC. Also, what is the point of making all that money if you are just working all that time and can’t do anything with it? TC: 120k. So 500k if you factor in the 80 hour workers on here living in the Bay Area who are going to be mad for having this pointed out for some reason.

I work 40-50, 600+ tc
Just shy of $500k and average around 40 a week. OP is salty. I actually worked longer and harder when I was at OPs salary level.
