Any one from TIAA here ? I am interviewing for director role in data and analytics. Wanted to know how is the culture, wlb and comp looks like. This would be 9IC role. How the career level maps to jpmc and citi. #data #dataanalytics
Hello, I am in TIAA and that too in data and analytics itself. The wlb and culture is pretty good I would say. Compensation is ok ok not that great I feel, but then again I am at an Engineer position, so not sure about how the comp. would look like for you. Best of luck for your interview.
How strictly is the hybrid schedule enforced?
They do need you to come to work 3 days a week. 2 days a week should be fine too. But 3 days is what is asked for. They have started tracking how many days a week you are coming now. If you are sick or on a holiday then it is not an issue.
Also from what I understand based on talking to recruiter, bonus for Director level roles is 30% so annual comp ends up being pretty decent.
Yes thats the same i have been told. 160k base and 30 perceny bonus. Comes around 210k which is very decent for charlotte NC location
Generally this sounds about right. But the structure depends on your team and LOB.
Does anyone know if Tiaa does internal transfer to india from usa like after working for sometime in usa.
WLB is good, but there can be fire drills that are unpredictable. Benefits are pretty amazing. Let me know if you have specific questions.
I’m a new director @ TIAA (<2yrs) base is +167k, bonus target is 30% base … I received 110% of target … once your TC is about 200k they add LTI WLB is solid- better than Citi ( they were a former client when I was a consultant ) DM me if you want more details
Thanks for providing insight. One question though. Is 9IC role mapped to director level even thougn it does not mention in the job desc
Where do you live? Is that base adjusted for a high cost of living location?
Did you get the job? If you don’t mind, can you please share how the interview process was like?
